  • Can I return the products?
    Returns are subject to the following conditions: A restocking fee of 20% of the total order value will be applied for unopened items. Returns will not be accepted if the items are severely damaged. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Do they offer free shipping?
    Shipping fees are charged separately and vary by distance, with an estimated cost provided at checkout.
  • Can I pick up by myself?
    Yes, you can come to the warehouse to pick up.
  • Do they provide delivery service?
    Yes, we do. We provide delivery service, but we are not offering unload service.
